The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs, who is wanted in connection to a grand larceny, that occurred within the confines of the 84th Precinct / TD 32 in Brooklyn.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Friday, November 19, 2021, at approximately 0820 hours, an unknown male individual removed an iPhone 12 from the backpack of a 48-year-old female victim as she walked up the stairs inside the Pacific Street / 4th Avenue Subway Station.

The individual then fled on foot, in an unknown direction. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
 
The individual is described as an adult male in his 20s, Black, approximately 5’09” tall, weighing 160 lbs.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black sweatpants and a grey hat.
