The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who are wanted concerning a grand larceny pattern, involving seven (7) grand larceny / pickpocketting incidents, which occurred within the confines of the 109th and 115th Precincts / Transit District 20 in Queens.

Details are as follows.

Incident #1: On Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at approximately 1610 hours, at the corner of Roosevelt Avenue and Main Street, within the confines of the 109th precinct, a 15-year-old female victim was waking, when an unidentified individual bumped into her. The victim later discovered her Samsung Galaxy 21 cell phone was removed.

Incident #2: On Thursday, January 27, 2022, at approximately 1635 hours, inside the NYC Subway station, located at Roosevelt Avenue and Main Street, within the confines of the 109th Precinct / TD 20, a 60-year-old female victim placed her backpack on the ground as she purchased a MetroCard. After completing her transaction, she discovered her laptop computer was removed from her backpack.

Incident #3: On Monday, January 31, 2022, at approximately 1730 hours, inside the Song Tea Supermarket, located 38-21 Main Street, within the confines of the 109th precinct, a 21-year-old male victim was shopping, when she discovered her Apple iPhone 13 was removed. An unidentified individual was observed on surveillance camera, removing the cell phone from victim without her knowledge.

Incident #4: On Tuesday, February 08, 2022, at approximately 1635 hours, inside the US 1 Supermarket, located at 39-12 Main Street, within the confines of the 109th Precinct, a 34-year-old female victim was shopping, when an unknown individual reached into her jacket pocket, removed her cell phone and proceeded to hand the cell phone to another individual, before fleeing the location.

Incident #5: On Friday, February 11, 2022, at approximately 1425 hours, inside the A and C Supermarket, located at 41-41 Kissena Boulevard, within the confines of the 109th Precinct, a 31-year-old female victim was shopping, when an unknown individual bumped into her. A short time later, she discovered her cell phone was missing from her jacket pocket.

Incident #6: On Friday, February 11, 2022, at approximately 1710 hours, inside the NYC Subway station, located at Roosevelt Avenue and 82nd Street, within the confines of the 115th precinct / TD 20), a 51-year-old female victim boarded a northbound train, and an unknown individual bumped into her, after which she noticed her Samsung cell phone was missing.

Incident #7: On Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at approximately 1710 hours, inside the NYC Subway station, located at Roosevelt Avenue and 74th Street, within the confines of the 109th Precinct / TD 20, a 26-year-old female victim boarded a northbound train, and an unknown individual bumped into her, after which she noticed her cell phone was missing.

Three (3) of the four (4) individuals are described as follows.

Individual #1: Female, Hispanic, with light skin complexion, approximately 5’05” tall, weighing130 lbs., approximately 30-years-old, with long black straight hair. She last seen wearing a black hooded winter jacket and a black surgical mask.

Individual #2: Female Hispanic, light complexion, 5’05” tall, weighing 130 lbs., approximately 30-years-old, with long black straight hair.

Individual #3: Male Asian, approximately 5’09” tall. He was last seen wearing a dark-blue skull cap, light-blue face mask and gray jacket.
