The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph, who is wanted in connection to a public lewdness incident, which occurred within the confines of the 77th Precinct / Transit District 32 in Brooklyn.
The following has been reported to police.
On Wednesday, February 17, 2022, at approximately 1830 hours, the individual exposed himself and began masturbating in front of the 37-year-old female victim, while onboard a southbound 3 train, approaching the Franklin Avenue subway station.
The suspect is described as an adult male in his 30s, Black, with a thin build and balding.
