The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male individual, seen in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is sought in connection with a commercial burglary, that occurred within the confines of the 109th Precinct in Queens.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Monday, January 31, 2022, at approximately 0130 hours, an unidentified male individual did enter 40-52 Main Street (Xing Fu Tang Bubble Tea Store) through the back door.

Once inside, the individual removed a scooter, valued at $600.

The individual fled on foot in an unknown direction.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The unidentified individual is described as an adult male in his late 20s, Black.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket with red sleeves, a yellow t-shirt and a black and white baseball cap.

A surveillance video clip and a photograph of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.
