On Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at 0513 hours, the following 33-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 45th Precinct in the Bronx.

FDNY Firefighter
Charges:
- driving while intoxicated;
- refusal to take breath test;
- driving while ability impaired – alcohol.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
