On Sunday, March 12, 2023, at 0405 hours, the following 23-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 30th Precinct in Manhattan.

Charges:
- suspended registration;
- aggravated unlicensed operator;
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
