The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs, who is wanted in connection to an assault of an on-duty Department of Sanitation Employee, which occurred within the confines of Midtown North Precinct in Manhattan.

The following has been reported to police.

On Thursday, February 10, 2022, at approximately 1110 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an on-duty Department of Sanitation Employee in front of 515 W. 52nd Street.

Upon arrival, officers observed the victim, a 40-year-old male, conscious and alert, with a gunshot to his left leg.

EMS responded and transported the victim to in stable condition.

One individual was arrested in regard to the incident.

The individual who is still being sought is described as follows.

The suspect is described as a 20-year-old male, Black, weighing 160 lbs., with hazel eyes, and black hair.
