On Sunday, December 12, 2021 at approximately 0308 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot in front of 8 Rockaway Avenue, within the confines of the 73rd Precinct in Brooklyn.
Upon arrival, police observed a 31-year-old male with gunshot wounds to torso.
EMS also responded and transported the male to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 40-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, within the confines of the 73rd Precinct.

The investigation remains ongoing.
